All items are shipped with DHL tracked shipping.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the original shipping fee cannot be refunded.
If you live outside of the EU, your order may be subject to customs charges. Please review these carefully before purchasing, as all import charges are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery charges do not include any import costs that may be due when the package reaches the destination country.
For orders shipped to the United States only, all customs duties and import charges are fully included in the purchase price. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery. If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if a package is returned because it was not collected or accepted, the original shipping costs and any included customs duties and import charges are non-refundable.
